キャンセルと返金についてCancellation and Refunds

相談リクエストが受理され、料金のお支払いが確認された後であっても、以下の条件に該当する場合はキャンセルおよび返金が可能です。

Even after a consultation request has been accepted and payment confirmed, cancellation and refund are possible under the following conditions.

返金条件Refund Conditions

• 支払い確認後、7日以内のキャンセル：全額返金
• Within 7 days of payment confirmation: Full refund
• 推奨案が作成される前のキャンセル：全額返金
• Before recommendations are created: Full refund
• 推奨案のメール送信後のキャンセル：返金対象外
• After recommendation email has been sent: Not eligible for refund

返金手続きRefund Process

キャンセルおよび返金をご希望の場合は、担当者へメールでご連絡ください。メールを確認後、返金手続きを進めます。返金には、お申し出から数営業日いただく場合があります。

To request cancellation and refund, please contact our staff by email. We will process the refund after confirming your email. Refunds may take several business days from the time of request.
